Mobile Applications
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our mobile applications on your personal devices, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.
Your Data
Our applications, including Contaxs, are designed to process data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur from using our applications.
App Store Terms
If you download our applications from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective platform.
Intellectual Property
Our Services, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software), are owned by Elysoft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elysoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
